Design process


The work process with THG is designed to be very simple.

First:
You tell me the services that you would like to purchase. At this time you will need to let me know if you have a price that you would like me to match.

I will take that information and contact you during the same day with a package quote. At this time, I will send you a service agreement to review and sign. Also, this is when the first payment is due, which is 50% of the entire cost. This is to pay for initial work and time spent on the project. If for any reason after the first payment is made you wish to discontinue, I have a 50% money back guarantee on the first payment. The second payment is not due until the project is complete and you are happy with it.

You let me know what types of colors, design references (designs you like), and any other information that would help me to more closely meet your design expectations.

Second:
The following day, I will create one or more mock ups of the project for your approval.

At this time, any changes can be made. Changes to the project may be viewed in .pdf format. You are allowed unlimited changes to your project until you are happy and approve the project.

Once approved, all the necessary changes should have been made and you should be happy with the result. I will always work with you on your project to make sure that you are completely happy before the final is approved.

Finally:
Once you have approved and finalized the project, this is when the final payment is due. Which is the remaining 50% of the project cost.
